Financial literacy is key to making decisions at top tech companies. Learn how Strategic Finance professionals use finance to make better business decisions. This Sprint is for people who are levelling up for a new StratFin role, or who want to build financial acumen to deliver more impact in their day-to-day.

You'll tackle a project with your mentor that gives you exposure to the key concepts & skills you'll need to perform on-the-job. Picflix, a media streaming company, recently launched tiered subscriptions - basic, standard and premium. The leadership team at Picflix wants to shift users towards the premium tier to increase margin while maximizing revenue. You'll create a financial model to model out different scenarios and questions asked by your leadership team.

Submit the first draft of your project. Get personalized, actionable feedback on it from your mentor and team.

Polish & Present
Put the final touches on your project and share it with the rest of the team. Learn how your mentor would’ve approached it.
