Help your employees level up and deliver impact faster by sponsoring them to join a Sprint. It simulates on-the-job learning
Strategy + Operations Sprint: Learn SQL, problem solving and business acumen, metrics & dashboarding
Invest in your team's growth through other Sprints like Product Strategy, Product Operations, Strategic Finance and more
The Commons is an excellent opportunity even for those already working in tech roles. I encouraged my team to participate (company sponsored!) to refine their skills, meet more people and try their hands on a relevant problem from a different industry. It's been fantastic for onboarding but also for building confidence and giving team members a new perspective.

Mentor-led Sprints
Upskill your talent by sponsoring an employee to participate in a Sprint. Here’s why employers love our Sprints:
Mentor-Led: Sprints are built and led by mentors who work at companies like yours
Project-Based Learning: The curriculum is hands-on and case-based so students can deliver impact faster
Efficient Upskilling: Mentors help students learn skills so that they can develop without compromising their manager’s time
Flexible: Sprints are part-time and online, outside of working hours
Throughout the Sprint, participants engage in:
Cohort-wide workshops for core skills building
Weekly team and mentor working sessions
Direct, tactical feedback on students’ project work and problem-solving approach
Mentor office hours for hands-on SQL coaching
Speaker series with industry experts on topics like launching in new markets, building effective presentations, regulatory operations, BizOps metrics & frameworks, etc.
Your team members join a curated community of 1,000+ ambitious professionals in business + tech. After their Sprint, they can continue to learn from peers through structured learning groups, weekly workshops and monthly mentor office hours.
By joining the community, your employees will build confidence and continuously level up to drive more value at work.
People who join The Commons should know that it is much more than any single Sprint. It truly is a community - a group of people who support one another professionally and otherwise. It has been great to meet people outside of the professional environment, discuss sports, life and such. These people are not only colleagues in this community, but friends outside of it!

Hey all, want to give a shout-out to @Amanur Rahman who just joined my team at KOHO as a Sr Business Operations Manager! Amanur joined The Commons over a year ago, and received great feedback from his mentor @James Lee about his ability to define and break down complex problems, lay out workstreams and motivate his team.

Through the community, I was able to speak with mentors in Product Ops who gave me invaluable tips on how to set up the Product Ops function at my company from scratch.
